Most sovereignty claims describe intent. Ours describes flow. Capability, tooling and your own chemistry enter the entity; a qualified cell leaves it. What does not leave — ever — is your intellectual property, your program data and your production records. That boundary is built into how the systems are wired, not bolted on as a policy line.

We separate branding, systems and data infrastructure from any affiliate, and we enforce it two ways at once — contractually, and in the physical architecture of the systems — so the boundary survives commercial pressure, ownership changes and the ordinary gravity of a group.
